How do I place an order?

Here's a step-by-step guide on placing your order online with Herbal Dispatch.

  1. Shop: Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to the Shop Page.
  2. Shop: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click "Add to Cart".
  3. Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart, continue to the Cart page and review the items in your cart. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button and you will be redirected to the Checkout page:
  4. Checkout: In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you.
  5. Checkout: If you're a first-time member, please be sure to select your age verification method.
  6. Checkout: Now that you're logged in, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number, order notes) and payment option.
  7. Pay: If you've chosen payment by Interac E-transfer, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page where you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. You will also receive an email with payment instructions. Orders only ship after the E-transfer has been received.
  8. Pay: Once your payment has been collected and your ID has been confirmed, your order will be processed and will ship within 1 business day.  We'll email you your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as it's available.
