Do I need a medical document?
Herbal Dispatch is a provider of medical cannabis products in Canada. As such, an approved medical document is required to gain membership. If you do not already have one, you can get your document in one of two ways:
Option 1:
1. Log into or create a new account
2. Click on 'My Account'
3. Click on 'Medical Document Registration'
4. Fill out the form and upload any necessary documents
After the form is completed, a practitioner will review your document within 2 business days. They will contact you if any additional information is needed. Once approved, an email will be sent to you. In the meantime, you may still place an order and it will ship after your application is approved.
Option 2:
1. Log into or create a new account
2. Place your order
3. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your medical document registration.
4. Fill out the form and upload any necessary documents.
Once you have completed the registration, a practitioner will review your document within 2 business days. Once approved, your order will be shipped and a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
With a medical document, your cannabis purchases will be 100% tax deductible, you'll be able to place larger orders (up to 150 grams), and you'll have access to the best craft cannabis in Canada.
