My medical document has expired. How do I renew it?

Medical documents are valid for up to a year. When yours runs out, you renew it the same way you got it. Add what you need to your cart, and the cart walks you through it:

• Get a medical document, free, through us.
• Transfer, if your new document is with another licensed producer. Fill in the transfer form, then contact that producer and ask them to send your document to us.

We hold your order until the new document is approved, usually in about two business days.
