My transfer is taking a while. What can I do?

After you fill in the transfer form, the next step is yours: contact your current licensed producer and ask them to transfer your medical document to us. Your order stays on hold until they send it.

• Ask them to send it to Rosebud Productions Inc., the licence holder for Herbal Dispatch.
• They can fax it to 1-833-245-9991.
• If you've already asked, check with them that it was sent, and when.

Once your document arrives and is approved, we email you and your order ships. If you're not sure where things stand, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll check whether it has arrived.
